Make all other device's Bluetooth turn off. Also make sure that the SmartMike+ is fully charged. Then connect/pair the SmartMike+ on your Laptop/PC's bluetooth. To connect: Turn on your Laptop’s bluetooth then click the red button on the SmartMike+ until you see the blue light. Pair the SmartMike+ once you see it on your Bluetooth’s available devices.
